Sun Jeong currently works at the Institute as a designer. She has studied design and technology in Wellington and Seoul and has recently worked with Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand.
Meg Howie is currently undertaking a Master of Design degree, working on an open-source platform for political participation called Ask Away. Originally from Nelson, she has lived in the UK, Vanuatu and San Francisco but is happy to call Wellington home. She is a designer and thinker whose practice spans graphic, interactive, film, service and performance design. Meg has worked with government, social enterprises and within the technology start-up environment. Her Masters project explores the impact of open-source culture and participatory democracy on civic engagement.
Ellyse lives in Wellington and studies graphic design at Massey University. She has just completed her third year of study with one more year to complete her Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication Design). Ellyse is interested in all things design and enjoys taking part in new experiences.
